Meet Dietitian Nutritionist, Steph Rouillard

Allow me to introduce myself—I'm a farm girl from the untamed province of Kwa-Zulu Natal in South Africa. Ironically, my dad happens to be a sugar farmer. It's probably why I'm all about helping you find that balance as your Dietitian Nutritionist. Nutrition, as a beautiful modality, holds the key to optimising your wellbeing. By harnessing the power of the information encoded into food, we can guide your body to function optimally while still embracing the joy of indulgence in moderation. After all, life is all about finding that perfect 'sweet spot'.

I've always had this undeniable passion for people, science and good food. It's like dietetics was calling my name from day one. And let me tell you, my love for learning knows no bounds.

After completing my BSc in Dietetics (Cum Laude) at Stellenbosch University, I dove headfirst into advanced training in integrative nutrition therapy through The Institute for Functional Medicine (USA). Since then, my ongoing engagement with the cutting-edge findings in the field of nutrition leaves me with a heap of knowledge to share with you.

My wholistic approach recognises the powerful role of food as information. It goes beyond merely treating isolated symptoms and instead adopts a patient-centered perspective, aiming to address the root causes of health issues. This approach focuses on guiding you towards your optimal state of well-being rather than simply masking symptoms. With my integrative training, I have the ability to delve deeper into the intricate connections between your biochemistry and overall wellness, unveiling the profound impact that nutrition can have on your health.
