Ingredients

  • 60ml olive oil, extra-virgin cold-pressed
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 30ml warm water, to loosen the tahini
  • 2 heaped tsp of tahini paste, or more to desired taste
  • 2 tsp of honey, or more to desired taste
  • 2 small garlic cloves, crushed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the warm water with the tahini paste to loosen. Add all ingredients to nutribullet or food processor and blitz until smooth. Store in fridge for 3 days.
