Ingredients
- 60ml olive oil, extra-virgin cold-pressed
- 30ml lemon juice
- 30ml warm water, to loosen the tahini
- 2 heaped tsp of tahini paste, or more to desired taste
- 2 tsp of honey, or more to desired taste
- 2 small garlic cloves, crushed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix the warm water with the tahini paste to loosen. Add all ingredients to nutribullet or food processor and blitz until smooth. Store in fridge for 3 days.
