Ingredients
- 300g green beans, ends cut off
- 10g dill, stems removed and roughly chopped
- 30g or 1 round of feta, broken into chunks
- 30ml olive oil, to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 30g flaked or chopped whole almonds
Instructions
- Fill a pot with hot water and bring to a boil. Add in the green beans and cook for just 4 minutes, until they are bright green and still crispy. Strain the green beans and run cool water over them to stop the cooking process.
- Next, add your almonds to a pan without oil, over medium heat. Keep watching them and toast for about 5 minutes. Do not allow them to burn as this can happen quickly.
- Now place the green beans onto a platter. Add a drizzle of olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with toasted almonds, dill and feta.
