The easiest way to make delicious chicken in the air-fryer. This can be applied to any white meat like hake or kingklip. It's a great go-to for a quick and easy healthy protein option.

Ingredients

  • 600g (4) chicken breasts
  • 60ml plain full fat yoghurt
  • Rind from 1 lemon
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • ½ teaspoon crushed garlic
  • Crushed black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Butterfly your chicken breasts. You can use a meat tenderiser to further flatten out the chicken as this will make it cook faster.
  2. Divide the lemon zest and juice between each chicken breast. Then add a generous amount of ground black pepper to each piece.
  3. Now spoon over a bit of garlic onto each breast, and then dollop a Tablespoon of yoghurt over each piece.
  4. Carefully place the chicken into air fryer and cook at 180 degrees for about 18 minutes.
