Ingredients
- 600g (4) chicken breasts
- 60ml plain full fat yoghurt
- Rind from 1 lemon
- Juice from 1 lemon
- ½ teaspoon crushed garlic
- Crushed black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Butterfly your chicken breasts. You can use a meat tenderiser to further flatten out the chicken as this will make it cook faster.
- Divide the lemon zest and juice between each chicken breast. Then add a generous amount of ground black pepper to each piece.
- Now spoon over a bit of garlic onto each breast, and then dollop a Tablespoon of yoghurt over each piece.
- Carefully place the chicken into air fryer and cook at 180 degrees for about 18 minutes.
