Goji Cocoa Granola
Start your day on the front-foot - with all your body's defences up - with my delish Goji Cocoa Granola. And if you can’t get to it in the morning, then take it as a trail mix when you’re out on the run.
Cocoa and goji are nature’s potent antioxidants to keep that inflamm-ageing at bay. Brazil nuts contain selenium, a gene-activating nutrient that puts your cells into repair mode. A nitric-oxide rich brekkie, thanks to the cocoa powder, has the power to give the stamina that you need for the day.
