Ingredients

  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger, peeled
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 small green apple (peeled)
  • ¼ cup pineapple (adjust to desired sweetness)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (raw or pre-soaked)
  • 10g (1 level Tbsp) hemp seed powder
  • 1/4 medium avocado (optional)
  • 1 cup chilled water (adjust for desired consistency)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender or nutribullet.
  2. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and well combined. If you prefer a chilled smoothie, you can add a few ice cubes and blend again until they are crushed and mixed in.
  3. Pour the green smoothie into a glass, and it's ready to be enjoyed.
